Take Your Ashtanga Practice to a New Level
Whether you’re taking the first steps on your yoga journey or you’ve been practicing for a decade, you’ve come to the right place. The mission of my teaching is to make Ashtanga Yoga fun, accessible, and sustainable for all levels. All that’s required? A willingness to grow.
I Make Ashtanga Yoga Easy
I see it as one of my greatest missions in life to help make Ashtanga Yoga available to everyone. After decades of practice, study, and teaching, I offer a depth of knowledge that can only be acquired through experience. I teach that the practice of yoga is a source of health, mindfulness, spirituality, and inner peace.
I always want to offer informative content on Ashtanga Yoga, and I’m very proud to have founded Ashtanga Central—the global hub for Ashtanga Yoga. I make Ashtanga accessible by staying focused on the student in front of me. My guided classes teach postures step-by-step, broken down into small, manageable chunks so you always know you’re moving forward. I teach students how to modify postures and use props so that your practice feels good in your body.

I believe wholeheartedly that Ashtanga Yoga is for everyone, and I like to take a real approach to it—it can be beautiful, but it's usually more of a beautiful mess. The thing is, no one can show you the inside of yoga. You have to experience it for yourself. Ashtanga Yoga is for all ages, body types, genders, and abilities, and I I treat every student as an equal. It’s my goal to teach you how to practice for yourself, and your own body and life. I work with my students to make sure the postures fit the body—not the other way around. Together, we achieve the impossible.
I don’t want to brag, but I’m quite accomplished I asana and I’ve worked with the best teachers in the world. I practice to the end of Fourth Series and I have experience teaching students Primary Series through the beginning of Fourth Series. My teaching and practice are influenced by Tim Miller, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, and David Garrigues. If this interests you, please check out my C.V
