Sthira Bhaga: An Introduction to Third Series
Join Jen for a live workshop that will introduce the Third Series of Ashtanga Yoga. The intent of this workshop is to support you where you are in your practice, make asana connections to the postures of Third Series, and give you a glimpse of the future. You will finish feeling empowered by everything you can do!

Translates to divine steadiness. This workshop is appropriate for Ashtanga practitioners who are looking ahead to third series. We will discuss the energetic effects of third series on the body and mind - in comparison to primary and intermediate series.
It's Cumulative
The Ashtanga system builds upon itself. Learn similarities and clues from earlier poses that will help you understand the direction you are headed.
Meet Jen
I've been practicing Third Series for a decade. I've taught the series to dozens of students. I have struggled in the poses, fallen, tried again, and learned a lot in the process. It was hard for me to figure this out practicing alone - now I get to share my tips with you!
