Are you motivated by any of the following?
01
You feel like you are alone on this journey.
If you are looking for connections with other practitioners and teachers, or if you want the guidance and experience of someone who is further along on this journey.
02
You’re so freakin’ ready to “do the work”
By now, you fully understand that when it comes to teaching yoga, the barriers to entry are low but the barriers to success are high.
If you want to differentiate yourself from the crowd and stand out as an exceptional yoga teacher, this program is for you.
03
You want more than asana — you want a lifelong practice.
Asana comes and asana goes. If you want a better understanding of the deeper pieces of yoga, including the subtleties of asana, then I have you covered.
The day the quarantine started in California and much of the world, I felt a sense not only of dread, but also of relief.
Of course I was scared in the face of so much uncertainty. What would happen to yoga studios and other small businesses, let alone anyone who got COVID? But I also felt a sense of relief knowing that my students would be okay, because I had taught them how to practice for themselves.
As the weeks have turned into months, many of us are looking at home practice for the long haul. Online education is here to stay. So that begs the questions: how do you continue to move forward in your yoga practice without the regular help of a teacher? And how do you stand out in the crowd as a yoga teaching professional?
I’ve got news for you - the two aren’t that different.
Practicing yoga is a process. And doubts are going to come up. They should come up. Whatever you do, don’t doubt the process of asking questions.
If you are looking for some help along the way. If you want to expand your knowledge. If you want a personal relationship and connection to someone who has been there before. This program is for you.
I’ve been teaching for almost 20 years. I've helped hundreds of students transform through the power of yoga. I have seen students become work exchange yogis, then assistants, then subs, and finally become outstanding teachers. We all can only start at the start. I help teachers become better teachers.
I bring into this program all the experience of teaching thousands of students, running a Mysore program with up to 50 students a day, working at various studios, teaching online for four years, practicing and studying under the most senior teachers in the industry, and practicing Ashtanga daily Ashtanga for 20 years. That's a lot of experience.
No one wants to do this alone. It’s just too vast a topic — take it from someone who knows.
When you sign up for the Teacher Development Program, I'll be with you every step of the way. I'll be there to answer the questions that have you feeling stuck, to help you see a better version of yourself, and to help you use yoga and everything it encompasses to build personal strength.
See you on the inside,
Jen
